Return and Exchange Policy

1) No cancellation of goods once payment is made.

2) We will ensure goods are 100% inspected before it is shipped out to customer.

3) Please note that the actual colors of the items may vary from the pictures on the website. This may due to the  following reasons:

   - color variation displayed from the PC screen resolution & settings.
   - Lighting conditions during photo shots and photo quality effects done by the Factory/Suppliers.

4) We advise customer to check with us on the measurement of the piece(s) before purchase to avoid dissatisfaction after purchase.

5) We will replace or issue a refund at no cost to customer if wrong product is delivered by our shipping mistake.  Please notify us within 5 working days and we will arrange with you for the incorrect item to be returned at our own expenses. We will ship you the correct item (include shipping charges) or refund the amount to you if the item is sold out.

6) No return or exchange policy will apply should you fail to notify us within 5 working days prior to the above condition.

7) Clearance/Discounted Sales items are strictly Non Refundable and Non Exchangeable and exempted from the 5 working days policy.
